Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons for pupils from Preparatory to Primary 3 in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning and positive behavior management.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral growth, and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Integrate Christian values and moral teachings into daily classroom activities and school routines.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and support staff to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure the pastoral care, safety, and general well-being of all pupils under your direct supervision both inside and outside the classroom.
- Minimum of a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience handling young learners within the Preparatory to Primary 3 bracket.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Strong classroom management skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional disposition.

- Certification or proven training in modern pedagogical methods will be an added advantage.
