Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality daily lessons in alignment with the school's integrated curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning and personal growth.
- Manage student behavior proactively, fostering discipline, mutual respect, and Islamic values within the classroom.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and behavioral development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to organize extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and grades in compliance with school policies.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. from a recognized institution (a Postgraduate Diploma in Education - PGDE is an added advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern classroom management techniques and pedagogical strategies.

- Previous teaching experience in a structured school setting will be an added advantage.
