Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and behavioral development, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive and harmonious learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to support individual student needs and school events.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular school activities.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent relevant academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience in a structured school environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong passion for child development, patience, and creativity in instructional methods.
