Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the approved school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavior, and social development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and disciplined atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Participate in collaborative staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student assessments in line with school policies.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent) in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to utilize modern teaching aids and technology to enhance classroom instruction.
- Must reside within Kubwa or its environs in Abuja, or be willing to commute reliably.
