Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons that align with both Western and Islamic educational curricula.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral development, and overall participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding pupil development.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, extracurricular activities, and Islamic school events.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. degree in a relevant field.
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern classroom management techniques.
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and nurturing young minds within an Islamic framework.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school is highly advantageous.
