Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across various subjects tailored to the developmental needs of young learners.
- Create a stimulating, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Monitor students' academic and behavioral progress closely, maintaining open and constructive communication with parents.
- Nurture the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical development of every child in your care.
- Implement balanced learning approaches that successfully integrate formal education with Montessori principles.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school environment is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
