Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers in setting up engaging classroom environments and preparing learning materials.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students during lessons and activities.
- Monitor student behavior and help maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, grading support, and organizing school records.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and extracurricular activities to ensure safety.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to support the overall developmental needs of every child.
- Relevant academic qualifications in education, child development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
