About the Role
Raight Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled Civil / Site Engineer on behalf of our client in the construction sector. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing architectural designs to life by overseeing daily site operations and ensuring timely project delivery across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work strictly adheres to approved architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor quality control and enforce strict safety standards across the construction site at all times.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports regarding material usage, workforce performance, and project milestones.
- Inspect construction materials to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and translating complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
