About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in our power plant projects, operations, and maintenance divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee civil construction and engineering activities specifically within power plant projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all civil engineering works adhere strictly to project timelines, safety standards, and engineering specifications.
- Produce, review, and modify detailed civil designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure seamless plant operations and maintenance.
- Monitor site progress, conduct quality control inspections, and manage civil contractors and on-site personnel.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and implement effective engineering solutions to optimize project delivery.
- Possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of total professional work experience in civil engineering.
- Mandatory minimum of 6 years of specific civil construction experience within a power plant environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
