Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee civil construction and engineering activities specifically within power plant projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all civil engineering works adhere strictly to project timelines, safety standards, and engineering specifications.
  • Produce, review, and modify detailed civil designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure seamless plant operations and maintenance.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct quality control inspections, and manage civil contractors and on-site personnel.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and implement effective engineering solutions to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of total professional work experience in civil engineering.
  • Mandatory minimum of 6 years of specific civil construction experience within a power plant environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
