About the Role
Horatio Limited has extensive experience in commercial real estate, banking and financial sector, high-end luxury housing, hospitals, industrial warehouses and factories, retail shopping malls, and Grade A office developments. We are currently looking for a talented and driven Civil Engineer to join our Projects department in the South-South region of Nigeria, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Review engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and comprehensive construction documentation.
- Provide continuous engineering support during project execution, monitor construction progress, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international engineering standards.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Must possess 5 to 7 years of proven experience in construction, oil and gas, marine, or related heavy industries.
- COREN registration or other relevant professional engineering certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering drawings and design calculations.
- Strong knowledge of modern civil engineering and construction methodologies.
