About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator - Coiled Tubing to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in safely operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting coiled tubing equipment during well intervention and production enhancement activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct all wellsite and shop activities in strict compliance with company non-negotiables, cultural pillars, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare equipment, manage the Permit to Work system prior to operations, and actively assist in comprehensive risk assessments.
- Perform rig-up and rig-down operations while monitoring coiled tubing equipment performance to ensure seamless job execution.
- Prepare accurate onshore and offshore operational reports while adhering strictly to company quality assurance manuals.
- Enforce environmental and safety regulations at all times and actively participate in client QHSE meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to junior crew members to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent academic qualification.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Coiled Tubing Field Operator within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of basic oil and gas industry operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
