About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited, a rapidly growing facility management company specializing in high-rise building maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic excellence of our premier properties while leading a dedicated team of construction and finishing professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-man team specializing in construction, installation, and finishing works.
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance operations for high-rise buildings to guarantee structural safety, stability, and adherence to top engineering standards.
- Handle specialized installations including aluco boards, facades, aluminum and glass structures, doors, and window partitions.
- Monitor daily maintenance activities and efficiently distribute tasks among subordinates to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end contractor processes, including sourcing, pricing, tendering, and supervision through to completion.
- HND or B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on work experience in building finishing and construction.
- Possession of a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an added advantage.
- Valid license as a Professional Engineer (PE) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design tools.
- Strong mathematical, scientific, and civil engineering principles with excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
