About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to drive the successful execution of our construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Lead and monitor site teams, subcontractors, and artisans to ensure efficient execution of work.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements for proper implementation on-site.
- Identify technical issues, design conflicts, or execution challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and proactively escalate delays, risks, or resource gaps.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures throughout project execution.
- Oversee material planning, usage, and reconciliation to minimize wastage and optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in construction or project site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Membership or registration with COREN, NSE, or a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
