Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons in Civic Education to secondary school students.
- Foster critical thinking regarding national values, human rights, democracy, and civic responsibilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance academic performance.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and morally upright classroom environment aligned with Catholic mission values.
- Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and departmental meetings as required.
- Must possess, at minimum, a First Degree (BA, B.Sc, or HND) in Civic Education or a related discipline.
- Possession of a B.Ed or PGDE, alongside a higher degree (Master's or PhD), will be a significant advantage.
- Must have graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper division.
- Relevant teaching experience is an advantage, though exceptional fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
