About the Role
Managing Banex Mall Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Cinema Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for Banex Cinema. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for securing corporate bookings, building strategic client relationships, and establishing partnerships with film producers and event organizers to maximize cinema occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective clients across corporate, entertainment, religious, educational, and social sectors to generate continuous revenue.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Negotiate and close deals in alignment with approved pricing guidelines while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
- Secure corporate bookings for employee hangouts, team bonding sessions, private screenings, and group ticket packages.
- Pitch Banex Cinema to film producers, distributors, and event organizers to secure high-profile movie premieres, exclusive screenings, and watch parties.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with HR managers, administrative teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, events, hospitality, or the entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and successfully close lucrative deals.
- Strong existing connections within the Nigerian corporate, film, entertainment, or events landscape will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, with prior CRM experience being an added plus.
