As a management trainee, you will undergo comprehensive rotations through core business units, gaining invaluable industry exposure, mastering strategic operations, and contributing to high-impact projects that drive our market presence across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in structured job rotations across key departments such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business initiatives and operational projects.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to recommend process improvements.
- Participate in leadership training, mentorship sessions, and workshops designed to build core competencies.
- Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on project outcomes to senior management.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the CIG Motors brand values at all times.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Not more than 26 years of age at the time of application.
