Dove International Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Christian Religious Studies (CRS) Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Christian Religious Studies lessons to students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Organize and participate in school spiritual activities, chapel services, and related extracurricular events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student academic and behavioral progress.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.A.Ed., or B.Sc.Ed.) with a specialization in Christian Religious Studies or related theological education.
- Current Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or a strong willingness to obtain it promptly.
- Minimum of two years of proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school.
- Thorough knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum for Christian Religious Studies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in ICT and modern educational technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
