About the Role
BBA Motors Limited is seeking a highly competent, professional, and experienced Chinese-English Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management personnel, English-speaking employees, business partners, customers, and other relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Mandarin Chinese and English during management meetings, business discussions, and official engagements.
- Facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking executives and English-speaking employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Translate official correspondence, business documents, reports, and presentations between Chinese and English accurately.
- Assist management in communicating instructions, policies, and operational procedures to the workforce.
- Support daily administrative activities, meeting coordination, note-taking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Administration, Sales, and Operations Departments to ensure smooth cross-cultural coordination.
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong oral interpretation skills with the ability to communicate accurately and confidently in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant office applications.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Chinese and Nigerian business communication practices.
- Previous corporate interpretation, translation, or executive support experience within an international business environment is highly desirable.
- Competitive base compensation with up to N100,000 monthly performance bonus subject to KPIs (total potential monthly earnings of N700,000).
