We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Lash Technician to join our client's premium beauty spa. In this role, you will provide professional eyelash extension, lash lift, and tinting services that enhance our clients' natural beauty while prioritizing eye safety, hygiene, comfort, and an unforgettable luxury spa experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, infills, safe removals, lash lifts, and tinting with precision.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess desired looks, natural lash condition, sensitivities, and potential contraindications.
- Select appropriate lash lengths, curls, weights, and styling techniques to achieve flattering results without compromising natural lash health.
- Educate clients on proper lash aftercare, maintenance schedules, and warning signs of irritation.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by disinfecting tools and workstations, using single-use supplies, and following infection-prevention protocols.
- Check symmetry, retention, and client comfort, addressing service concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and collaborate effectively with spa reception and management.
- Professional training or certification in eyelash extensions and advanced lash treatments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Lash Technician in a reputable spa, salon, or beauty studio.
- Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume application, lash mapping, and safe removal techniques.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and meticulous attention to symmetry and detail.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience serving high-profile clientele will be an added advantage.
