Tenderspring Learning Field is a premier early childhood and primary educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and holistic child development. Situated within the secure environment of Harmony Estate, off the Hallelujah axis in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria, we provide a nurturing and intellectually stimulating atmosphere designed to lay a resilient foundation for lifelong learning. We are currently seeking a passionate and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our vibrant team and support the daily needs of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, loving care and supervision to children in a safe and secure classroom environment.
- Assist teachers with daily educational activities, arts and crafts, and playtime supervision.
- Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of children, including assisting with feeding, changing, and nap times.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns promptly to management and parents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning space that encourages exploration and positive social interaction.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, B.Ed., or a relevant educational qualification.
- Proven prior experience working in a similar caregiving or early childhood education role.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and resourceful in a fast-paced school environment.
