About the Role
Prestigious Homes Limited is a premier luxury-home builder dedicated to delivering exquisite architectural designs and superior craftsmanship. We are seeking a competent and disciplined Chief Security Officer (CSO) to protect our high-value assets, construction sites, residential estates, and personnel. The ideal candidate will spearhead our safety initiatives, ensuring a secure environment that matches the sophistication of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and protocols across company offices, construction sites, and residential estates.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor security personnel, guards, supervisors, and third-party security contractors.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments across development sites, completed estates, and company facilities.
- Monitor and optimize access control, visitor management, perimeter security, CCTV systems, patrols, and incident reporting mechanisms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive emergency response procedures for security incidents, theft, vandalism, fire, and trespassing.
- Liaise effectively with relevant security agencies and law-enforcement authorities to maintain a safe operational environment.
- Investigate reported security incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed, actionable reports for executive management.
- Ensure stringent security coverage for expensive construction materials, equipment, machinery, and all corporate assets.
- Train and regularly brief security personnel on company policies, emergency protocols, professional customer interaction, and security procedures.
- A recognized Degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Military or Defence Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant, progressive experience in corporate, estate, construction-site, residential, or facility security.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of supervising security teams.
- Prior military, police, intelligence, or relevant professional law enforcement background will be a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, discipline, and crisis-management skills.
