About the Role
Odixcity Consulting, Nigeria's leading foreign outsourcing firm specializing in human resources and procurement, is seeking a dedicated Security Personnel to join our growing team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our assets, maintaining order, and providing a secure environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to the company premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Patrol designated areas regularly, remaining alert to potential security risks at all times.
- Screen visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the facility in accordance with company protocols.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches immediately to management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing necessary assistance and coordinating with local authorities when required.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification or educational equivalent.
- Prior working experience as a security guard or in a related safety role is a strong advantage.
- Must be physically fit, mentally alert, and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- Demonstrated honesty, high integrity, discipline, and the ability to work flexible shifts including day and night schedules.
- Must currently reside in Port Harcourt and be familiar with the local area.
