About the Role
The Outsource Company is a premier, 100% privately held Nigerian BPO and ITES provider operating a state-of-the-art facility in Abuja with expanding footprints. We are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Chief Operations Officer (COO) based in Lagos Mainland to act as our primary operational engine, ensuring seamless implementation of company strategy across HR, Finance, IT, and Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Execute company and CEO strategies fully and on time, maintaining rigorous operational efficiency across all business units.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and systems to optimize costs and drive performance.
- Lead and manage department heads, setting clear KPIs, enforcing strict accountability, and addressing underperformance proactively.
- Develop, track, and maintain operational dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage operational risks, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a senior role such as COO, General Manager, or Head of Operations.
- Proven background in BPO, ITES, healthcare, diagnostics, or other highly regulated, process-driven industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic execution, financial oversight, budgeting, and proficiency in ERP and BI tools.
