About the Role

Aureole Consulting Limited is a leading HR consulting firm dedicated to transforming talent acquisition and business operations in Africa. We are currently recruiting a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across our client's multi-location hospital group. In this executive role, you will oversee all non-clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive business growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality service delivery throughout the healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the Group's vision across multiple hospital locations.
  • Provide robust leadership for all non-clinical departments, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Facility Management.
  • Establish rigorous quality assurance frameworks, compliance standards, and continuous staff training programs.
  • Oversee multi-site assets, facility infrastructure, and resource allocation to ensure optimal operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Drive organizational growth, revenue generation, and strategic expansion initiatives in alignment with executive management goals.
  • Manage operational risks, corporate governance, and business continuity planning across all branches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, MBA, or Public Health is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site healthcare facilities.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Operations Management, Project Management, or ISO standards are a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, financial management, and multi-location operations.
