Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and executive management across all departments to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to formulate and implement long-term strategic business plans and operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, manage operational budgets, and drive profitability across investment advisory and stockbroking units.
- Ensure strict adherence to guidelines and regulations stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies in Nigeria.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, institutional clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate high-performing departmental teams to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
- Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) certification is required.
- Extensive senior management experience within the Nigerian financial services, investment banking, or stockbroking sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEC regulations, capital markets, and asset management operations in Nigeria.
