About the Role
Excel Health Med is an AI-driven, holistic e-health ecosystem dedicated to delivering predictive, personalized, and culturally relevant digital healthcare across Africa, with a robust footprint in Lagos, Nigeria. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to spearhead our nursing operations, combining telehealth and mobile care services to elevate patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all nursing operations across telehealth and mobile care services within our Lagos and broader Nigerian networks.
- Manage nurse schedules, daily workflows, and operational coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement rigorous clinical nursing protocols, standards, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise care quality, patient outcomes, and service delivery excellence in virtual and physical environments.
- Lead training, onboarding, and continuous professional development programs for our nursing workforce.
- Handle clinical escalations promptly, ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and strategic planning meetings to drive service improvements.
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical nursing experience within recognized healthcare institutions.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in managing multidisciplinary nursing teams.
- Deep understanding of both hospital-based and community care models.
- Demonstrated ability to build operational structures and processes within a fast-moving, innovative environment.
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
