In this critical executive role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term shareholder value while translating Board-approved strategies into measurable financial, operational, and market outcomes within the global technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute short and long-term business plans to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership in emerging technology sectors.
- Oversee enterprise-wide financial performance, including budgeting, profitability, revenue growth, and value creation.
- Translate overarching corporate strategy into actionable execution through the management leadership team, ensuring high operational efficiency.
- Guide the organization's technology direction to maintain competitiveness and evaluate high-ROI innovation opportunities.
- Represent the company externally, building strategic partnerships and strengthening brand positioning and stakeholder confidence.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance with Nigerian laws and industry standards, and effective risk management frameworks.
- Lead, align, and mentor the management team to foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 15 to 20 years of professional experience, including 5 to 10 years in senior executive leadership roles.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong added advantage.
- Proven track record of leading, scaling, and driving profitability within technology-driven organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian and global technology, digital solutions, and business landscapes.
