About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive financial leadership, oversee our complete finance function, and drive sustainable business growth through robust financial controls, capital management, and strategic insights tailored to the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, funding, investment, and banking activities to maintain optimal operational liquidity.
- Oversee financial reporting, taxation, audits, internal controls, and statutory compliance with relevant financial and telecommunications regulations.
- Deliver strategic financial insights, advanced financial modelling, and investment analysis to guide executive management and the Board.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant Master degree is a strong advantage.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive finance experience with a proven track record in senior executive leadership roles.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CIMA.
- Essential and mandatory professional background within the telecommunications industry with deep understanding of telecom revenue models and capital expenditures.
