About the Role
Alfred & Victoria Associates, a leading ICT and business solutions provider in Nigeria, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our growing hospital network. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive healthcare finance knowledge, and a proven track record of driving corporate financing, fundraising, and financial performance at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, and long-term forecasting aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage corporate financing, fund deployment exceeding $20m, and corporate investment of financial resources.
- Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, collections, insurance claims, and financial reporting compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, tax laws, ISO standards, and internal risk management frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple locations to support operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Finance is an added advantage.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CFA.
- Minimum of 15 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-location operations, corporate expansion, and major capital raising.
- Advanced competencies in financial modeling, cash flow projections, and business plan development.
