About the Role
Strivo Labs is a fast-growing digital solutions provider helping businesses scale with speed and precision. We are currently seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organisation's financial strategy, governance, capital management, and overall financial operations.
In this executive role, you will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial systems, optimise capital allocation, drive business performance, and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, statutory compliance, and IFRS standards.
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, tax strategy, and robust banking relationships.
- Lead capital-raising activities, manage investor relations, and develop optimal capital structures across equity and debt.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the executive team, driving long-term corporate planning and strategic business decisions.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or an MBA are highly preferred.
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience within a fast-growing or multi-business organisation.
- Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, financial strategy, and treasury management.
- Strong expertise in financial controls, tax compliance, risk management frameworks, and audit processes.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
