About the Role
Incel Tourism LLC, a leading destination management company with a vibrant presence in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead our financial operations across the Sub-Saharan African market. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate strategy, ensuring rigorous financial controls, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term expansion goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling across all business units.
- Ensure accurate, timely preparation of statutory financial statements and management accounts in compliance with Nigerian regulations.
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and foreign exchange exposures.
- Implement robust internal controls, manage financial risks, and oversee corporate taxation and statutory filings.
- Partner with executive management to evaluate new business opportunities, commercial contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance and Accounts team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Professional accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is strictly required.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in a senior financial management or executive role.
- Strong expertise in Nigerian taxation, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
