About the Role

We are currently seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and drive the company's financial growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business expansion goals.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial resources efficiently.
- Ensure robust accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and effective tax planning covering PAYE, VAT, WHT, and CGT.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and strategic insights for the Board and Executive team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance team.
- Mandatory ACCA qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Prior working background in Oil and Gas, Energy, or FMCG sectors will be a distinct advantage.
