About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services Limited, a leading financial intermediary and subsidiary of Concept Group Nigeria, is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Compliance Manager to safeguard our organizational integrity and reputation. In this pivotal executive leadership role, you will develop and oversee our comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring strict adherence to local and international financial regulations while fostering a transparent culture of ethical conduct across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
- Advise the Board and Executive Management on emerging regulatory issues, obligations, and risk exposures.
- Ensure full compliance with guidelines from the CBN, NDIC, SEC, EFCC, and data protection laws like NDPR and GDPR.
- Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), KYC procedures, and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Lead compliance audits, internal investigations, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring of business transactions.
- Design and deliver engaging compliance training programs and promote a robust speak-up and whistleblowing culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCO, CAMS, CFE, CRCP, ICAN, or ACCA are strictly required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of Nigerian financial regulatory frameworks and international best practices.
