Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, structured, and curriculum-compliant Chemistry lessons to Senior Secondary students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and laboratory experiments to enhance practical learning.
- Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and identify areas for individual improvement.
- Foster a disciplined, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular school activities.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a B.Sc, B.Ed, or NCE in Chemistry or related educational fields.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Display high levels of discipline, punctuality, and professional responsibility.
- Ability to work diligently and effectively with little or no supervision.
