Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive chemistry lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and timely grading of assignments and examinations.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Mentor and guide students preparing for internal assessments and external examinations.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Education, or a related field (B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary or college-level institution.
