As our Chemistry Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in sparking students' interest in science and preparing them for academic success. Your daily duties will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive laboratory environment for practical experiments and hands-on learning.
• Assessing, recording, and monitoring students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Mentoring students and contributing to their overall moral and ethical development in alignment with the school values.
• Participating in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school extracurricular activities.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity at Unity Comprehensive Schools, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.Sc. Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Chemistry, or a related discipline with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• Proven teaching experience delivering Chemistry curricula to secondary school students.
• Strong passion for education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively and inspire a love for the sciences.
• Applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Sokoto State will be strongly preferred.
