We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join our growing team of educators. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' understanding of chemical sciences, fostering curiosity, and driving academic excellence through innovative digital learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging online Chemistry lessons aligned with relevant secondary school curricula.
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs in a virtual environment.
- Design, assign, and grade homework, quizzes, and practical assessments to reinforce learning objectives.
- Monitor student academic progress closely, providing constructive feedback and organizing extra support sessions when necessary.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding student performance, development, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize various e-learning tools and interactive digital resources to enhance the virtual classroom experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related scientific discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience, specifically delivering Chemistry instruction to secondary school students.
- Strong command of chemical concepts, laboratory principles, and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in operating online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and general educational technology.
