In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' academic journeys by transforming complex chemical theories into accessible, practical, and exciting lessons. Key Responsibilities- Teach comprehensive Chemistry lessons to students, breaking down complex scientific concepts into easily understandable modules.
- Develop detailed, interactive, and curriculum-aligned lesson plans that foster critical thinking and practical application.
- Assess students through quizzes, exams, and class participation to monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop a genuine passion for the sciences and future STEM careers.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive, disciplined, and highly engaging learning environment.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of active classroom teaching experience in a recognized educational setting.
- Exceptional command of English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
