Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Chemistry lessons to secondary school students in both day and boarding settings.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the approved curriculum and meet diverse student learning needs.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous academic improvement.
- Prepare students effectively for internal examinations and external national assessments.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Chemistry or Education with a specialization in Chemistry.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching or classroom work experience.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
