In this role, you will play a vital part in elevating our culinary operations, ensuring top-tier food quality, and delivering memorable dining experiences for our esteemed guests. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a diverse range of local and international dishes to the highest culinary standards.
- Ensure compliance with strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor food stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with management to design innovative menus and special dining packages.
- Supervise kitchen assistants and delegate daily food preparation tasks effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Proven professional experience working as a Chef, Cook, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Relevant culinary school certification or equivalent vocational training is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
