About the Role

We are currently looking for a creative and dedicated Chef to lead our kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and delight our customers with delicious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop diverse menus that cater to the unique tastes of our mall customers.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards across all kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, order fresh ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, provide hands-on training, and delegate daily food preparation tasks.
  • Ensure timely food service during peak operational hours while maintaining consistent quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional culinary experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or retail food environment.
  • Relevant culinary school certification or degree in food science, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of local Nigerian cuisine as well as continental dishes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
