We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CCTV Surveillance Officer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets through proactive real-time monitoring and incident detection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor CCTV cameras, video management systems, and alarm feeds across all designated facility zones to ensure real-time security awareness.
  • Detect, assess, and promptly escalate suspicious behavior, security breaches, unauthorized access, and safety hazards through approved reporting channels.
  • Maintain high vigilance during day and night shifts, ensuring accurate observation, timely intervention support, and effective shift handovers.
  • Document daily footage review findings accurately and preserve relevant video recordings for audits, investigations, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare clear, factual, and timely incident reports, surveillance logs, and occurrence notes covering security and operational events.
  • Support emergency response teams by providing real-time surveillance data during incidents, drills, and post-incident learning activities.
  • Conduct routine operational checks on CCTV hardware, software, recording devices, and access control interfaces, reporting any technical faults promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications in CCTV operations, security management, access control, or HSE are a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas, energy services, industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating digital video management systems, access control software, alarm monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong observation skills, high attention to detail, excellent integrity, and the ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies.
