About the Role

Proforce Limited is a leading total defence solution provider specializing in armoured vehicles and personal protection, delivering confidence in protective mobility across Nigeria and Africa. We are currently seeking a vigilant and technically competent CCTV Operator to join our security team at our manufacturing facility located in Ode Remo, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel through proactive electronic surveillance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across all company premises, including production areas, warehouses, and offices.
  • Identify, record, and promptly report suspicious activities, security breaches, and unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities.
  • Operate and manage CCTV monitors, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and associated security infrastructure efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily monitoring activities and securely retrieve or preserve footage when required.
  • Conduct routine inspections of surveillance equipment, report faults, and assist technical personnel with troubleshooting.
  • Support facility access-control operations and coordinate seamlessly with on-ground security personnel during emergencies.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily monitoring and incident reports while strictly maintaining the confidentiality of all security data.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on CCTV and security surveillance experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong practical knowledge of engineering principles, CCTV systems, basic networking, and electronic security infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring, power supplies, and equipment fault-finding methodologies.
  • Exceptional observational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high standard of personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by operations.
