About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled CCTV & Access Control Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical operations and ensure the flawless execution of advanced security system installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, access control, boom barriers, and electronic security systems.
- Manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, biometric devices, and electric locks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, power supply, and network-related faults promptly.
- Oversee structured cabling, IP camera configurations, and network switch setups.
- Ensure proper cable management, site housekeeping, and strict adherence to company safety protocols.
- Complete accurate service reports, maintenance checklists, and job completion documentation.
- Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate after-hours support when required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV and access control installation and maintenance.
- Diploma, OND, HND, or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Proven expertise in IP CCTV systems, boom barriers, structured cabling, and basic networking.
- Professional certifications in electronic security or networking are a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour shifts and height work.
