About the Role
BA Gladiators Limited is recruiting a high-caliber Project Manager on behalf of our client, a premier project management consultancy specializing in oil and gas, infrastructure, building construction, and EPCM contracts. In this lean, hands-on role, you will act as the single point of accountability for delivering complex multi-sector projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and secure comprehensive stakeholder approvals.
- Develop, forecast, and actively control project budgets, mitigating risks of cost overruns.
- Build realistic schedules, track daily progress, and implement proactive recovery plans for delays.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance aligned with Nigerian regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly between engineering, procurement, construction, and finance departments.
- Maintain auditable project records, manage risk registers, and report progress to executive stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted consultant, auditing existing client operations and advising on project governance.
- B.Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, Architecture, or Project Management.
- 5 to 12 years of demonstrable project management consulting and end-to-end delivery experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 represent a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multi-sector projects independently within a fast-paced environment.
