We are currently seeking a skilled and committed Cathlab Technician to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated catheterization laboratory imaging and monitoring equipment during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and other cardiovascular procedures, ensuring their comfort, safety, and understanding.
  • Assist cardiologists and medical staff during procedures by handling sterile supplies, monitoring patient vitals, and recording hemodynamic data.
  • Perform routine calibration, quality control checks, and troubleshooting of cathlab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospital regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records following each procedure.

Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Radiography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related medical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven hands-on clinical experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory.
  • Current professional licensure and registration with relevant regulatory bodies in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-handling skills.
