About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory levels, order kitchen supplies, and minimize food wastage to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all catering and food storage areas.
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to optimize operational workflow and service delivery.
- Coordinate catering services for university events, conferences, and student welfare programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in large-scale catering operations, institutional feeding, or hospitality management.
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, and nutritional guidelines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
