We are currently seeking a responsible, experienced, and hygienic Caterer to join our team and oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals according to approved menus and required quantities for staff.
- Ensure all food ingredients are fresh, properly cooked, and presented with the highest standards of hygiene.
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and proper sanitation of the kitchen, cooking equipment, utensils, and dining area.
- Monitor food inventory, report shortages, and assist in planning cost-effective weekly menus.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the food preparation area at all times.
- Proven professional experience working as a Caterer, Cook, or Kitchen Assistant, preferably within an industrial or corporate setting.
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to prepare a diverse range of local and continental dishes efficiently and consistently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
