In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic management and expansion of the Scanfrost home appliances portfolio, ensuring our products continue to delight Nigerian consumers with unmatched quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the Scanfrost product lifecycle across assigned categories from concept to market launch.
- Conduct thorough competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and pricing strategies to maximize gross margins and market share.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) by creating detailed product briefs and collaborating closely with global OEMs and factories.
- Coordinate production planning and supply chain activities to ensure timely product availability and uncompromising quality standards.
- Gather critical market intelligence through regular trade visits and stakeholder feedback to identify emerging consumer trends.
- 7 to 10 years of total professional experience, specifically within the Consumer Durables or Home Appliances industry.
- Proven track record in Product Management, Category Management, or New Product Development.
- Exceptional financial acumen with deep expertise in product costing, pricing structures, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
