Key Responsibilities- Prepare work areas, specialized tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and handling equipment prior to commencing catalyst activities.
- Assist proficiently with catalyst loading, unloading, screening, transfer, and comprehensive site housekeeping as directed by supervisors.
- Monitor active work conditions continuously and communicate potential hazards, near misses, or abnormal conditions promptly to the team.
- Strictly adhere to confined-space entry, respiratory protection, contamination-control, and hazardous waste-handling requirements.
- Maintain accurate activity and equipment logs while supporting seamless shift handovers.
- Participate actively in emergency-response drills, daily toolbox talks, and mandatory safety meetings.
- Possession of a relevant degree, HND, OND, trade test qualification, or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline.
- Demonstrated industrial, construction, oil and gas, marine, or major project experience is highly preferred.
- Proven catalyst-handling or plant turnaround experience with strong procedural and HSE compliance.
- Solid awareness of confined-space entry and respiratory safety protocols.
- Willingness and physical stamina to work extended or 24-hour shift rotations as required by project sites.
- Ability to acquire role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, or safety certifications as mandated by clients and industry standards.
